Overview of Services
Guest Send is a web based service that allows companies to setup portals where end users may upload files and send messages to the company. Portals may be setup with token based security or may be available for the general public based on their discretion.
Guest Send offers multiple types of paid accounts and offers a 14 day free trial before upgrading to a paid plan. You may find more information about paid plans on the “pricing” page.
Guest Send may be accessed from most browsers and is not operating system dependent which means it may be used on Windows, Macintosh, or Linux operating systems.
Any files uploaded through Securely Send remain the responsibility of the user. By using our services you acknowledge that Guest Send will not be responsible for any files or the ability to retrieve files that have been upload to Guest Send server, as well as any deletion, corruption, loss of data, information, or content within any file(s).
By using Guest Send you agree to abide by international copyright laws and not use Guest Send to transmit, make available, or store any material that infringes on any copyrights or promotes violations of intellectual property rights by any third party. As stated above GuestSend does reserve the right to terminate any accounts or delete file(s) that it believes to be in violation of copyright laws.
Warranties and Liability
Guest Send does not provide any guarantee or warrant that use of our services will be error-free or compatible with all hardware or software. The services are provided strictly on an “as is” basis. All conditions, representations, and warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, any implied warranty of data retention or security are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws.
In no event shall Guest Send be liable for:
a) any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or information.
b) any failure to retrieve submitted data or information current or prior
c) compromise or interception of data or messages that has been submitted to Guest Send
